The Cancellation Charge due is set out below: Number of days before Holiday start date that notification is received – amount payable:
0-28 days- 100% of the rental cost of the holiday
29-56 days- 50% of the rental cost of the holiday
57-days or more- 15% of the rental cost of the holiday
If we are able to re-let the dates which you had booked, then we may be able to make a partial refund of your deposit and rental payment(s), less any expenses incurred e.g. if the final letting price was discounted or only some of the days are re-let, and a 15% (of the rental cost of the Holiday) administration fee. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.
In the event that the UK Government has not permitted our holiday accommodation to be open due to a COVID outbreak, or the Guest is not permitted to travel to the accommodation due to Government lockdown or tier restrictions, for the arrival date of your Holiday, then we would attempt to transfer your dates (subject to availability, and the amount paid for your holiday will be transferred. Alternatively, a refund will be offered
